These terms apply when you use the CtrlP website and services, built by MeetCtrlP.

What CtrlP is

CtrlP is software that lets customers send print orders to a participating print shop by QR code, and lets the shop review, accept and print them.

Shops and customers

The print shop is responsible for printing your order and handing it over. Customers are responsible for the files they send and the settings they choose. MeetCtrlP provides the software that connects the two.

Acceptable use

Do not send documents that are unlawful or that you have no right to print.

Payments and refunds

Customers pay online or at the shop. Refunds for an order the shop cannot complete are handled by the shop, in line with its policy and applicable law.

Limits of liability

CtrlP is provided as software. We are not responsible for the quality of paper, ink or equipment at a shop, or for losses we could not reasonably have prevented, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
