Why we collect it

We use your name and number only to respond to your request. We use documents and settings only to prepare and print your order at the shop you chose. We use visit statistics to understand which pages are useful.

How long we keep it

Documents are deleted once printed. Call-request details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you.

Who can see your documents

Only the shop that prints your order, and the systems that move it there. We make three promises about your documents, stated at the top of this page.

Other companies we use

Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

• A hosting provider, to run the website.
• A payment provider, to take online payments.
• A messaging service, to talk to you on WhatsApp when you choose to.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond.
